WHO WE ARE

The Flow Room was created from a deeply personal need, one we knew others quietly shared. Living in Bolton, we found ourselves travelling out of town just to access quality and mindful movement, something that felt missing close to home.

So we built it ourselves.

The Flow Room is more than a pilates studio. It’s a sanctuary for those craving presence over performance, intention over intensity. A space where elegance meets warmth, and where every session feels like a return to self.

What began as a simple idea has grown into a grounded, thoughtfully designed space where our community can move, breathe, and belong. We serve those navigating the everyday postpartum, mid-menopause, and post-burnout to invite them into a space that doesn’t demand, but supports.

Rooted in authenticity, elevated in design, and led with intention:

The Flow Room isn’t just a place to move. It’s a place to feel held, strengthened, and seen.

CLASSES,
TAILORED TO YOU.

Each class offers a different pace, but all are built to meet you where you are and move you forward with intention.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

    • How would you describe your teaching styles in 3 words?

    Supportive, empowering, energising.

    • What’s your philosophy when it comes to teaching Pilates?

Pilates should feel like home in your body - strong, connected, and safe. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them move with purpose, not pressure.

    • What can clients expect from your classes?

A welcoming vibe, intelligent movement, and a little bit of sass! You’ll work hard, laugh often, and leave feeling taller, lighter, and more in tune with your body.

    • What made you want to become an instructor?

Movement helped me find strength, confidence, and calm during some of the hardest times in life - I wanted to share that gift with others. Teaching gives me the chance to help people feel good in their own skin.

    • What do you enjoy outside of teaching e.g. hobbies and habits?

I love my coffee rituals, getting outdoors for fresh air walks, music that makes you move, and spending time with the people who make me laugh the most. oh and I’m always down for a good holiday with scenic views.

    • How would you describe your teaching styles in 3 words?

    Commanding, high-energy, inspiring

    • What’s your philosophy when it comes to teaching Pilates?

Pilates should feel good and work for you. My focus is on helping people move better, feel stronger, and build mind-body connection - without pressure or judgement.

    • What can clients expect from your classes?

A relaxed but structured session where you’ll feel supported and challenged at your own pace. I keep things clear and approachable, with plenty of cues and encouragement along the way

    • What made you want to become an instructor?

I fell in love with how Pilates made me feel - stronger, more aware, more balanced. I wanted to share that experience with others and help people feel more confident in their bodies.

    • What do you enjoy outside of teaching e.g. hobbies and habits?

I’m all about movement and balance - I love getting out for walks, and I’m such a coffee lover, so any excuse for a good brew! Boxing is my go-to for high energy and stress relief. Outside of that, I enjoy a bit of downtime, catching up with friends, or just taking a moment to reset.

    • How would you describe your teaching style in 3 words?

    Encouraging, Effective, Goal-Oriented

    • What’s your philosophy when it comes to teaching Pilates?

My goal is to create a positive, inspired and motivating space where people feel safe and want to continue reaching their goals to come out with the results they wanted. To also help build a strong foundation when it comes to correct form and breathing.

    • What can clients expect from your classes?

A friendly and welcoming space to everyone who is new to Pilates or experienced, with full help and support from myself. Leaving my class feeling stronger and mentally refreshed.

    • What made you want to become an instructor?

When I started training, I loved how I mentally and physically started to feel within myself. I knew this job was for me as I wanted to help others reach their goals and for them to fall in love with themselves (self-love is key to happiness)

    • What do you enjoy outside of teaching e.g. hobbies and habits?

Exercising (training at the gym and long walks in nature)

I also enjoy reading/listening to podcasts for self-improvement and self-awareness

I do enjoy booking a holiday now and then, so I can come back feeling reconnected with myself and ready to get back to supporting my clients!
